First we would like to thank each and every one of you for the support you've given ATKM over the past 5 years whether it be through your radiant presence at one of our shows, volunteering, words of encouragement, financial or emotional support, your continued interest in us – whatever way you’ve been there, “thank you for being there!” Here’s a little about what we’re up to and where we’re going…

Currently, a major part of All The Kings Men’s growth is focused on re-structuring the company and trying to fundraise enough money to pay people for the work they do. This summer Karin Webb stepped in as Artistic Director and donated a chunk of time and money to the troupe by taking a leave from work for three months. The amount of work she got done in that time highlighted ATKM’s need to financially support this and the other positions we’ve been working for years.

As we’ve restructured our company, Leighsa Burgin is now our ingenious Public
Relations Director and continues to do the majority of our booking; Maria Kogan works tirelessly on projects that affect all parts of the company, as well as being our official Marketing Director; Jennifer Winslow has been a huge asset as we’ve moved into the Business sector and become an LLC; Julee Antonellis is now working formally as Ensemble Director; Katie Allen is the best Tech/Web/Sound guru a group could ask for; Jill Gibson writes gorgeous copy, edits, and keeps public interest ideas flowing; and we love Hannah Grey’s directorial visions and artistic commitment to the product.

All this and we are rehearsing the show about three times a week these days...
We are committed to creating an opportunity where we can rehearse and work
full time for ATKM to really see what this crew is capable of!

• We are creating a show for the Theater Offensive’s “Out on the Edge Festival of Queer Theater”. This will be the first time we do a full made-for-the-theater production with lights, set, and non-stop action! We’re excited and anxious and up to our ears with the tasks at hand. Check us out on November 2nd and 3rd at the Calderwood Pavilion!

• We have been developing workshops, and teaching them at conferences, youth support groups, and other events! It feels great to interact with our audience in this way.

• ATKM has produced two Drag King Idol shows this year for amateur drag performers to take the stage! We are interested in creating a space for new performers to bridge the gap between amateur and professional. They’ve been hugely successful and we intend on producing more. The first prize is performing in one of our local shows and a one-on-one workshop with All The Kings Men.

• Another project ATKM is taking on is putting focused energy into touring the country… If you want us out there, let us know!

Planted Seed Productions is shooting a documentary on us right now.
Maybe one day we’ll be on VH1’s “Behind the Mustache”…

• ATKM is trying to find funds for further educating our troupe through dance
and acting classes.

• We just shot our first TV spot! Look for us on Outline TV.

• We’re developing a new promo video (the old one is waaaaay out of date!)

By now you’ve probably figured out that the relatively small amount of money we
make from performing in shows (after venue cuts) goes mostly into show and project expenses. To continue to do any of this work we need your financial support above and beyond ticket sales. We’ve never asked for money in this way before, but now we can give you a tax-deductible way to support us! So, here goes:

If you can spare, give, donate anything: $25, $50, $100, $500, $2,000...
Hell, $100,000!, All The Kings Men will continue to be able to grow. We will
be able to work even harder to bring our shows not only to the New England area,
but across the nation! We will be able to work in multiple mediums, genres, and venue types. We will be able to continue to make tighter and more entertaining shows. We will be able to take the time to develop our business and exponentially increase bookings. We will be able to…well…you name it!
Literally: what do YOU want to see us do?

All The Kings Men just became a sponsored project of Fractured Atlas, a non-profit
arts service organization. Contributions in behalf of ATKM may be made payable to
Fractured Atlas and are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
